Everything is ready to go. We have a permit for Jennette's Pier as well as Bonnet Street. Jennette's is the primary spot with Bonnet Street as an option if the waves are significantly better.

-I recommend that everyone get to Jennette's pier at 0700 Saturday morning in case we need to move the contest site. First heat will be in the water at 0830.

-The after party/award ceremony is at the Comfort Inn in South Nags head at 1900 on the 11th. We have a live band, a fashion show, a DJ, free food while it lasts, and were going to give away tons of stuff.

-The water temperature has started dropping here so don't forget to bring or buy a wetsuit. If you're going to buy one please do so on the outer banks at any location that has sponsored us. Talk up the ECMSC while you are in the surf shops and thank them for their support. I recommend a 3/2 full suit but you can probably pull off a spring suit. It all depends on the air temps the day of the contest. Safest bet is a 3/2 full suit.

- Get your entry forms in NOW! Waiting until the day of the contest makes it very difficult on us setting up the heats. Get them in YESTERDAY! Time is almost up.
